PRIVACY POLICY

(Personal Data Processing Policy)

1. Terms and General Provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") defines the procedure for processing and protection of personal data of users of the website/service: system-for-life.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").

1.3. The Policy is developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data", Federal Law No. 38-FZ dated 13.03.2006 "On Advertising", and other applicable regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation.

2. Categories of Processed Personal Data

2.1. Depending on the interaction scenario, the Operator may process:

  • Identification data: Surname, first name, patronymic.
  • Contact data: Phone number, e-mail address.
  • Professional/business data: Position, name of company/organization.
  • Content data: Text of appeals, applications, reviews.
  • Technical data: IP address, cookie data and other identifiers, information about browser and device.
  • Audiovisual data: Photographs, video images (only with separate consent for distribution).

2.2. Special categories and biometric data: The Operator does not process special categories of personal data concerning racial, national origin, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, health status, intimate life, as well as biometric personal data.

3. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

  • Processing and responding to appeals, applications, requests.
  • Conclusion, execution, modification, termination of contracts.
  • Compliance with requirements of Russian Federation legislation.
  • Analytics to improve service quality and protect against abuse.
  • Distribution of personal data (publication in the public domain): publication of reviews, cases, photographs — strictly based on separate consent (see Section 9).
  • Sending advertising and informational messages — only with separate consent (see Section 8).

4. Legal Grounds for Processing

  • Consent of the subject to processing of his personal data.
  • Conclusion and performance of a contract.
  • Fulfillment of obligations imposed by legislation.
  • Exercise of rights and legitimate interests of the Operator (with assessment of balance of interests).

5. Methods, Conditions of Processing, Storage and Destruction of Data

5.1. Processing is carried out both with the use of automation tools and without their use.

5.2. Storage periods:

  • Data processed on the basis of consent is stored until the subject withdraws consent.
  • Appeal/application data may be stored for up to 3 (three) years from the last interaction for accounting and protection of rights purposes.

5.3. After the expiration of the terms, data is subject to destruction or depersonalization.

6. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

6.1. The Operator may transfer data to counterparties and partners necessary for processing purposes: delivery services, payment aggregators, hosting providers, analytics and mailing services.

6.2. When transferring data, confidentiality and security are ensured.

7. Advertising Communications

7.1. Sending advertising messages (SMS, e-mail) is carried out exclusively with prior consent.

7.2. Each message provides a simple opportunity to opt-out ("unsubscribe" link).

8. Distribution of Personal Data (Publication of Reviews, Cases)

8.1. For publication of data in the public domain, the Operator obtains separate, specific consent of the subject.

8.2. The subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time by sending a statement to privacy@aspekt.com.ru. The Operator undertakes to delete data from its resources within a reasonable time.

8.3. The Operator is not responsible for further distribution of data by third parties who may have copied the information before it was deleted.

9. Rights of the Personal Data Subject

9.1. The personal data subject has the right to access, clarify, block, destroy his data, as well as to withdraw consent.
